xe999 Terms & Conditions

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age to use the xe999 platform. We may request proof of identity or age verification at any time. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may create only one account. If a single person is found to have multiple accounts, all accounts may be suspended or closed and all available balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. xe999 reserves the right to close any account at any time if false or misleading information is provided. Please update your details promptly if anything changes.

3.1 Supported Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently supported on the xe999 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). xe999 reserves the right to change the list of supported payment methods at any time.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (per method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5 to 30 minutes

3.3 Withdrawal Verification

xe999 reserves the right to verify your identity before processing a withdrawal request. Withdrawals may be delayed until this verification is complete. Additional documents may be requested for larger withdrawal amounts.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus (total ৳2,000); a ৳18,000 deposit earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus (total ৳26,000). The bonus amount will not exceed ৳8,000 under any circumstances.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Winnings earned from a bonus must meet the wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not including the deposit). For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳15,000 in bets before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• Bonuses may only be used for gaming on the platform.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Attempting to earn bonuses through multiple accounts or referrals will result in both accounts being closed.
• xe999 reserves the right to change the terms of any bonus offer.

5.1 Game Rules

Each game has its own rules, which are displayed in the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand those rules before starting a game. If a game result is undetermined due to a technical error, xe999 reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the bet amount.

5.2 Fair Play & RNG

All game outcomes on the xe999 platform are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is impartial and verifiable. We regularly audit the system to ensure fair play. If any player or third party attempts to artificially influence game outcomes, their account will be closed immediately.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games.
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems or software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.

6.1 SSL Security

All data transmission on the xe999 platform is protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. Your personal and financial information is stored using the highest-level security technology.

7.2 Deposit Limits & Cooling-Off

You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Contact the support team to set these limits. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately, but a waiting period applies before a limit can be increased.

All content on the xe999 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and code — is the intellectual property of xe999. Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using any content without prior written permission from xe999 is prohibited.

9.1 xe999's Rights

xe999 may suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice in the following circumstances: violation of these terms, suspected fraud, suspected money laundering, technical security risk, or legal obligation. Legitimate funds will be returned through the appropriate process in the event of an account closure.

9.2 Changes to Services

xe999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any platform service, game, or feature at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavor to provide as much advance notice as possible.

10.1 Limitation of Liability

xe999 will not be held liable for service interruptions caused by technical errors, server outages, internet connectivity issues, or any other reason. xe999 is not obligated to provide compensation for issues arising from the user's own device or internet connection. We always strive to maintain service quality but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

10.2 Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first — via 24/7 live chat or by emailing [email protected]. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If a resolution cannot be reached through the support team, you may appeal to xe999's management authority.

11.1 Terms Updates

xe999 reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. For significant changes, we will post a notice on the platform or inform you via your registered email. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

11.2 Entire Agreement

These terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy together form the complete agreement between xe999 and the user. Any previous oral or written agreements are replaced by these terms.
